Derren’s mom invited me to go spend a vacation in California with them this summer, and that she’ll pay for all of the expenses. But I said no.. That’s just too much, I couldn’t possibly do that to her. Besides, my parents don’t even know about Derren, or his parents.. It makes me feel so bad… I’m close to his parents, but little do they know that my parents don’t know about their son…. It’s not that I choose not to tell them, I just can’t..
But anyway, not only is Derren a blessing, but his whole family is. I’m truly thankful for such a blessing in my life. They show me such great love and care that my family honestly doesn’t.. They fill in that gap that was missing, yknow? I honestly love them so much.. And I’ll always love them whether or not Derren and I stay together.
